That bass tone accentuates the guitar tone so damn nicely, in the past I searched for that guitar sound for so long before I realized it was the bass doing the work

Thanks so much! Bass is always a fickle mistress, on this guy I blended a DI signal with a mic'd cab. Thanks so much for listening!
Guitars sound alot easier on the ears on this one, I really dig the drums on the verses too
The drums are honestly my favorite part on this one. They were alot of fun to do
I hear 1980s James Heitfield screaming in the distance
Awesome vocals man
Thanks man!
Why do I like that main riff so much?
Because it was written with love haha. Thanks for the listen!
Kinda curious on what you're not liking the mix about. The only thing I could imagine would be the verse guitars, and I feel like a well suited delay would take those parts to another level.
For me it's the aforementioned guitars. Also I definitely find that the vocals get swallowed in a few parts. Thanks so much for the love and the tip. I'll be sure to play around with that!
TURN THOSE GUITARS UP!
haha, yea after listening to it in my work van this morning, I realized how loud those drums were. I toned it down a bit, hopefully it's better now!
Pretty crazy and chaotic but still memorable, very nice.
I like to make music.
